Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. Welcome to this warm 52 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor of a quiet residence with elevator, in Albertville. Perfectly located, it combines modern comfort with the tranquility of an alpine setting. A stone's throw from the city centre🏘️, close to the lakes and at the foot of the mountains🏔️, it is the ideal starting point to explore the region, summer and winter: skiing🎿, hiking🥾, cycling🚲, swimming or simple walks.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Newly renovated old barn as a dwelling house. Located in the heart of the Bauges, in the regional natural park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d 'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, kitchen open to living room. The grounds are not fenced.

The studio I am offering is located at the rear of the main house. Independent entrance and a key box awaits you for perfect autonomy. Living room area – bedroom carefully decorated as well as the sauna. Next door, we have created a single room that houses the shower room and kitchenette, so don't be surprised😃. Small outdoor terrace with valley views. Quiet accommodation, nature, wood, parking next to the studio.

Cozy cottage located in the middle of the Bauges

We provide accommodation located on the ground floor of our house in the hamlet "Gratteloup" in the municipality of Ecole. The place is quiet, in the middle of the Massif des Bauges (Savoy), a Unesco world heritage site. You will find 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with 2 bunk beds as well as a sofa bed. You can also enjoy our garden with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
