We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

You forget your worries in this spacious and serene space and at the same time do any sport or activity you can imagine in pure mountain alpine air. You will enjoy 4 bedrooms, with 4 private bathrooms near a golf course. A separate toilet has a Japanese type toilet and laundry. Three private outdoor spaces (75sqm) two facing the Northwest lake view and one facing the southeast Mountain View. Free private parking, 1km from the lake, free summer shuttles. A haven of peace between lake and mountains Superb 170 m² villa located in a residential area in Doussard, near Lake Annecy, ideal for vacations with family or friends, combining nature and comfort. Bright and south-facing, it has a partially enclosed 1,000 m² plot with a heated swimming pool (May to September) facing the mountains and a spa (installation planned for mid-September 2026). For leisure activities, there is a games room with TV, table football, and arcade machine.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You will be enchanted by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no neighbours overlooking. If you would like to stay for several nights, please do not hesitate to ask for information.

In the heart of a mountain pasture, in the regional natural park of the Bauges mountain range, discover our completely renovated chalet. Tranquility assured, change of scenery guaranteed. No Wi-Fi, little network for a total connection with nature. Comfortable chalet with electricity thanks to solar panels. Many hiking trails are possible in the surrounding area. Access only on foot for about 45 minutes or by 4x4 with a short gearbox. ❗It climbs.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking

Old barn newly renovated into a residential house. Located in the heart of Les Bauges, in the regional nature park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.

It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we enjoyed imagining, building and landscaping in order to experience memorable moments in Aix les Bains.
