Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. "La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

Small peaceful haven in a green setting. The cabin is in symbiosis with nature while having all modern comforts (hot water, heating, very good wood wool insulation). Ideally located 19 km from Puy de Dôme, 18 km from Aulnat Airport, 17 km from Vulcania and 13 km from Clermont-Ferrand. The cabin is a perfect base for hikes.
