Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, kannst aber Garten/Feuerstelle mitbenutzen. Bad und Küche müssen mit 2 anderen Personen geteilt werden

Liebst du schöne Natur zum Joggen und Erholen? Und bist auch schnell in der Stadt? Dann ist es hier perfekt für dich. Meine Wohnung liegt in einem hübschen Dorf mit alter Kirche, wo sogar Madonna zu Besuch war. Rundherum haben wir Felder, Hügel, Wälder mit Aussicht in die Berge. Wir sind direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Nach Zürich ist es 25 Minuten mit Bus und Zug. In meiner Wohnung wohne ich und es hat ein weiteres Zimmer für einen Gast. Ideales Zimmer für Städtetrip oder Geschäftsreisen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Greifensee und dass Erholungsgebiet. Bei längeren Aufenthalten, werden für Neue Bettwäsche 15.00 CHF und für Neue Badetücher 5.00 Verrechnet. Dies wird vor Ort verrechnet.

Comfortable apartment in Zurich Oerlikon

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. This is the perfect place to stay for a few days or weeks while we, the owners, will be travelling too. Looking forward to hearing from you

A home away from home1

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.

Newly renovated mini-studio w. separate entrance

Quiet and cozy room only 25 min to Zurich. The room is not big but offers plenty of amenities like a refrigerator, hot plate, flat screen, wifi and is last furnished and renovated in Jan. 2022 with a new design floor and freshly painted walls. Own bathroom and separate entrance. Only 5 min. to the bus stop. In front of the room is a lovely little place to sit in the garden.
