This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quietly located on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. Within walking distance it is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

The exterior features a well-maintained garden with blooming flowers and greenery. Bicycles are parked under a shelter, and a backdrop of mountains is visible in the distance. A gravel pathway leads to the entrance of the building, which displays a welcoming facade.

Lucerne to the Füssen, the Rigi opposite, the Pilatus just above, the hiking trail just behind the garden - that's how we live! We have a great view, but also about 70 steps to the Studio. In addition, our studio is quietly located on the outskirts of Kriens. It is a bit tedious to get to us or into the city by public transport. If steps and outskirts do not bother, you will surely feel comfortable in our cozy studio.
