In a beautiful location on the outskirts of the village is the newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor of the 200-year-old farm. It has everything you need to relax in peace from everyday life: a new, fully equipped kitchen, a chic bathroom with a walk-in shower, an extra bedroom - all furnished with historic furniture from the courtyard and new elements - an atmosphere that invites you to feel good. Walking and cycling trails lead from the farm into nature, the swimming lake is two minutes away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is part of the apartment. In the cozy sleeping and living area you will find a soft bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (inn one room). We are located only 500m from the S-Bahn station Eglharting. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
