NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Good connection to the A94 (approx. 5 km), S-Bahn station Markt Schwaben approx. 12 km. Since we live here in the countryside, a rental car is definitely an advantage. The holiday apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2017, located on the ground floor of our house, with separate entrance and private south terrace. Parking space available.
