We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farmhouse, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful part of Franconian Switzerland. There are 2 separate apartments in the Engelschanze, but they can also be booked as a single unit for 8–10 people. All guests can use the large garden. It extends into the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.

Our cosy 85-square-metre holiday apartment spans two floors and has a separate entrance and its own terrace. It is located at the southern gateway to Franconian Switzerland in Thuisbrunn, only about a 5-minute drive from Gräfenberg. The local Elch Bräu brewery – Gasthof Seitz – is just a few steps away. Thuisbrunn is located right on the well-known Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – perfect for hiking, enjoying the scenery and exploring.

The apartment is located at the entrance to Franconian Switzerland. There are many attractions such as the castle ruin Neideck, the Walberla, numerous caves and viewpoints. There is also the possibility for climbing, archery, boat tours, motor and gliding.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility.
