Ponte dell'Olio and Bettola are 7 km away, with all services. The surroundings offer castles, villages, ancient churches and paths, restaurants and agritourisms.

A typical country house, with stone walls and exposed wooden ceilings, it is the ideal refuge for those who want a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, a few steps from the town center. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large, fully fenced garden. It is an oasis of peace where you can enjoy moments of serenity and relaxation. Upon request, you can use the outdoor kitchen to organize unforgettable barbecues and cook in a spectacular wood-burning oven.

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

The Residence on the Trebbia

A home surrounded by greenery with a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of Trebbia. My family and I will be happy to host you alone, with friends or with your whole family. Our Border Collie Leo is very good with people and children but does not like the presence of other animals, especially male dogs and cats. For this reason, we can only reluctantly accommodate female dogs. A 50-meter private road leading to the banks of the Trebbia is also available for guests.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
