This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location was wonderful, you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, despite there being a pub next door! Lots of walks or cycles from the door, yet 2 minutes from a main road. The house was beautifully decorated and great bedrooms, lovely linen and comfy beds, with fantastic bathrooms. Everything you needed to cook for yourself and great recommendations of things to do and places to go. We had ponies outside our garden! Paul was a great host, responsive and helpful, really welcoming and very kind regarding checking in and out. We were there to celebrate a few things and felt it was absolutely the place for that. The pub next door under new owners was very friendly but did not disturb us at all. Thank you Paul, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Had a lovely stay at the Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Commuication from the owner was excellent. It is in a very peaceful location and has 2 pubs within walking distance. It is also within a short driving distance of so many varied places to visit or walk. We went to Bosham, Wealdon Downland museum, Fishbourne Roman palace, and the nature reserve at Kingley Vale and will be back again to do more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Had an absolutely lovely time at the lodge for a chilled mum's weekend. Really close to Winchester (5 min drive) but feels like you're in the middle of the countryside. The lodges are spaced in a way so that you aren't overlooked by other lodges in the hot tub. Beds were really comfy. thank you

This property was tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished, and include a 6ft double bed, a good shower, and a quiet courtyard garden area. It is close to Lymington High Street (a 5 minute walk), and there are lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. A great base. Helen was very responsive and helpful. There is parking a few minutes walk away and a supermarket nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage is in a great location, very well appointed (especially the kitchen) and very clean. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen. The garden is a great space to relax in with sun and shade (we were fortunate with the weather!) and is dog safe. Keith and Paula provided lots of lovely touches such as beautiful fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge, dog towels and bowls. There are two local pubs within walking distance (about a mile and a bit it) The location is great as you can access the coast and forest walks very easily. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage, we had a lovely stay there.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

Had an amazing stay for my daughter’s 2nd birthday can’t recommend it enough caravan was spotless and the site was amazing

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

This was my fourth visit here and everytime I love more and more! This time we stayed for 3 nights instead of 2… no more 2 night stays!! it’s was perfect, with the added bonus of gorgeous farm kittens, we can’t wait to come back, thank you Claire x

I had a beautiful stay here. Felt right at home from the first day. The place was clean and exactly as described.

Caroline was very responsive and friendly. The coach house is much more stunning than the photos convey. It’s set in peaceful surroundings and we will definitely be returning! The place was extremely clean and tidy, useful information was provided inside, and everything was top-notch in terms of quality.

We had a really lovely few days at Kingfisher lodge. Sitting out on the decking listening to the wildlife and watching the ducks was so peaceful and just what we wanted for our quiet getaway with our little baby and dog. The hosts were very responsive and kind. There was lots to do if you wanted to stay in the lodge for the day including puzzles, games and baby books. There was also lots of beautiful walks close by as well as the little town of Romsey for a wander in some shops. All in all a perfect stay, thanks Alex and Alex!

Lovely, comfortable and immaculate. Perfect location for Southampton/ Portsmouth and other Hampshire attractions. Sandra was great at communication. Highly recommend.

The Owl Lodge is amazing, the location is perfect if you are looking for rest and relaxation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Wonderful two night stay with lots of to do! The farm shop and local pub were great. Everyone was so friendly and our three dogs absolutely loved exploring the New Forest! Great location - there is even a huge doggy swimming pond just opposite! We loved it here and would come back tomorrow if we could. Thank you

We had a really lovely stay at Annie’s Meadow. The views are simply spectacular and the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very private and quiet and our whole stay was very peaceful and exactly what we needed after a really challenging 6 months. The only thing we could say was that it would benefit sooo much from some new pillows which is very minor! Thanks so much for a lovely stay and what a beautiful plot of land you have. The hot tub was divine.

Great stay, ideally situated for an event we were attending. Easy to find. Clean, peaceful, and bright. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Plenty of stuff to do if you wish to venture further a field. Thanks for a lovely long weekend away.
