Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Eastleigh District

We had a great weekend. The house was spacious and the outside area and pool table were very nice extras. It was very hot when we arrived and the complimentary beers were very well received. The bedrooms were large and airy and the shower had a constant supply of hot water. The location was perfect for our family reunion in Fair-oak woods and visit to Marwell Zoo the next day. We had 2 parking spaces and Ian was extremely prompt in answering any queries we had All in all a very good house and very good value. We would happily recommend this air b&b.

Lovely, comfortable and immaculate. Perfect location for Southampton/ Portsmouth and other Hampshire attractions. Sandra was great at communication. Highly recommend.

The lodge was very large & clean. Easily can sleep 8 guests. The large tv was amazing & one in the bed was luxury. the queen bed was very comfortable. The garden is huge & my family came over & we all enjoyed playing outdoor games & the Pool table was a bonus! Great places to walk your dog nearby. Very private & quiet. I wished I could have stayed longer than just a couple of nights. I would definitely like to return again.

This is a great place to stay. Marie and Stephen couldn’t be more helpful. Full access to the back garden was great and we had a relaxing time watching all the wildlife. The expansive room was exactly as shown in the photos and was very comfortable. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Great value accommodation in a really convenient area. Jade is a super nice host who does everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and the bed is extremely comfortable. Would recommend!

We had a few days lay-over between cruises leaving from South Hampton. Nigel's place suited our needs perfectly.

Iveta was very helpful and accommodating as we were unable to tell her our estimated time of arrival due to family circumstances. The lovely touch of chocolates and candles were appreciated. The appartment is spacious and well equipped. The parking space especially welcome as there doesn’t appear to be any other parking. Was also close to Southampton hospital which was what we needed .

I messaged prior to booking with some questions and Clare and Alex responded extremely fast, they even enquired with a taxi company as to whether they would do the journey to and from a wedding for us! Communication after booking was fab with really clear instructions. Upon arriving the place was really well presented, had everything we need. As an extra special (and much appreciated!) touch there was milk, coffee, tea, sugar and some chocolates! The bed was super comfy and the place had alot of storage for our clothes. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to everyone!

A perfect place for my wife and two boys. Central to various locations, peaceful surroundings and plenty of room . The place was great. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, lazy sofas and a great breakfast bar to enjoy a family breakfast. The washing facilities has also eased the workload when we get home too haha. A home from home and we'll definitely be back everytime we travel down.

Louise’s place was just perfect. It was exactly what I was after. The kitchen was well equipped, the sofa was comfy, the mattress was terrific. Plus, all of Lyndhurst and the New Forest are right on your doorstep. (Don’t miss out on hiring a bike from Woods Cyclery right across the road!) I would very happily stay again. 💕

Perfect for business trip with co worker close to Oxford street for great selection of food will be back next year

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to Jo for allowing me to stay for 6-weeks. I had a lovely time in this apartment! The location is amazing, Winchester is amazing, and you have everything you need within 5 minute walking distance. Jo is an amazing host and I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Thank you Jo for being so accommodating, it was a pleasure to stay at your apartment :)

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

Very sweet little cottage, beautifully decorated with everything you would need inside of it. Great location, with a nice pub down the road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for all. The only downside is that it is situated on a busy road so at night you can sometimes hear the cars, but we didn’t mind.

Julie was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and helpful. The flat was lovely, it was in a great central location and was well equipped, homely and pristine. There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

The description of “harbour view / sea view” is a little misleading as the apartment isn’t high enough to offer that and instead looks over the bus/ train station and shopping centre . However , we’d worked that out from the pictures ! That said the location couldn’t be more central . It’s literally across the road to a fantastic shopping centre and the harbour . For the views of the yacht race we booked tickets for the spinnaker tower. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and I would recommend this accommodation and would love to stay there again.
