The Oaks, Twyford Moors, South Downs National Park
There is WIFI and a large dining table to work at. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The bed is a Superking. The Oaks is annexed to our house, so we are available to answer any queries, give guidance on places to visit and dine and usually we will be available to show you the property in person. Twyford Moors is an area of outstanding natural beauty in the South Downs National Park. The River Itchen, a famous chalk stream, is close by. This is also Jane Austen country—visit her home at Chawton, and Winchester Cathedral, where she's buried. There are beautiful riverside walks including a 2hr walk into the heart of Winchester along the water meadows and by St Catherine's Hill. There are country pubs and excellent restaurants available locally and 15 mins drive away in Winchester There is parking for one car under cover in the car port but also room in the drive for a second vehicle . There are some beautiful walks along the River Itchen nearby. The outdoor terrace area to The Oaks is not enclosed and young children would need to be observed when outside. We have two, small friendly dogs that may visit your terraced area as it is not enclosed.

Cow Shed - Barn
A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Bursledon Peewit Hill, Home from Home
Modern, fully equipped one bedroom annexe with bathroom,kitchen and lounge area. TV in the bedroom and lounge. Use of garden space weather permitting. Close to the M27 and Bursledon train station is 5 minutes drive away. Approx 5 miles from Southampton City centre and about 10 minutes from Hamble. Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

Self Contained Apartment in Chandler’s Ford
This light and airy open plan, ground floor apartment is a newly converted, completely self-contained extension of our home and therefore provides accommodation with no household mixing. Ideal in these strange COVID times. It has a kitchen/diner lounge area, a shower room, bedroom and parking, ideally suited for a very comfortable stay where you can cater all meals for yourself. It is conveniently located mid way between Winchester and Southampton, just a few minutes from the M3/M27.

Coachmans Cottage
Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

Homely and Comfortable in a quiet location
A pretty, well-equipped and homely two bedroom terraced property situated in a quiet and lovely area of Chandler's Ford. Marwell Zoo, the New Forest, Paulton's Park/Peppa Pig World, Beaulieu, Isle of Wight ferry links and south coast beaches are a short drive away with excellent motorway and rail links. Ideal for contractor/business stays as well as families, couples and friends. Walk to the local shops and take a stroll to the beautiful Hiltingbury Lakes and local nature reserve.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble
Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

The Woodshed
The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

The Warsash Annex
The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Pretty self contained annexe
Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

Cosy cabin with hot tub in peaceful location
Private and quaint location in Bitterne Village, which has a good selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride. 5 min walk to local shops and supermarket. 5 min drive to the M27 motorway with onward access to the M3. 10 min drive to Southampton city centre, and the sea front/Ocean Village Marina. 5 min drive to the beautiful Hamble (River) with a great selection of pubs and restaurants along the river.

River Rose Retreat Shepherds Hut, view and hot tub
River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
