Spacious and clean home for our family of 6 adults! The outdoor area, pool deck, and dining room were perfect for the many visitors we received and entertained over our weeklong stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the kitchen fully stocked with ample pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware and cutlery. The strong A/C and swimming pool were refreshing amenities to come home to each day. While the water pressure isn’t as strong as our U.S. standards, having 3 full bathrooms was great. The live in family of caretakers use the bedroom next to the kitchen and stayed out of our way for the most part, but be aware they do walk around the outside premises throughout the day. They conveniently provided tricycle service when we needed it and replenished the drinking water often. The only negative (which is out of the owner’s control) is the music from the karaoke bars nearby which you can hear until after 1am every night! Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay and we will stay again!

Charmaine and Jet were very nice and responsive. They were very accommodating with our requests. The caretakers likewise were very helpful and friendly, always nearby and ready to respond to our concerns. The place was beautiful and really nice to relax. Everything was completely provided for. The only thing is that the place is not senior-friendly since there are steps going to the house and going down to the beach. The beach though was nice with your own private area. On the whole, it’s a great place to enjoy your summer vacation.

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. Ms Ai and her husband are super nice and their dog is super friendly and a good boy! They are responsive during our stay and came to the flat every now and then to check on us. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Borongan City! Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome space, feels like we are at home with a relative, our whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We are touched by the simple things they put inside the flat like coffee, soap, tissues, gallon of water, they are very thoughtful of our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would def visit again! :)

Second time staying at Gina’s place. My favorite place to stay near Sogod bay because of the beautiful views. This place is quiet, private, peaceful, with access to the water and no street noise. The place was very clean and the caretakers are very nice, helpful and accommodating.

Marites was an amazing, helpful host, very friendly and likeable. The caretakers that live next door will prepare local Filipino food in the evenings if you wish and it is amazing. The house is located in a beautiful location, a bit of a hike, but worth it for the where it is. .Locals are very friendly, I have made some really good friends and will be visiting them again, hopefully with a better grasp of Cebuano though. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a variety of cooking appliances including gas which is handy during the occasional power outages. There is the handy use of a Honda scooter, which I loved seeing the sites on and you can get to Baybay City in around 10 minutes at a leisurely speed, but be aware if you haven't driven in an Asian country BE CAREFUL, traffic regulations are totally different.

However, it might not be the best fit for party enthusiasts due to its surroundings. The three-bedroom setup is cozy, although only one room has air conditioning. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for a relaxing and serene stay.

Top accommodation! Marciano and Victoria were very helpful. The property was well equipped and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but the outdoor shower worked perfectly. We will be happy to come back:)

Steve's place is very equipped. Very worthy of every penny being spent. The amenities listed are all accurate. Our first day vacation was not going too well due to a bad experience we had with a host - lots of missing amenities contrary to what was advertised (1st time we ever encountered such poor service out of all vacations and host we encountered) i'm glad I took the risk of rebooking and that's where we found the awesome place of Steve. Not just that, the place offered more than what was advertised. I must admit that it was way beyond expectations. My family loved the place so much and so is the neighborhood. Steve, the caretaker and so is the guard at the entrance are very friendly and hospitable. I can say that Steve took serious time and effort in making his place a very well equipped one. Very recommended place I must say.

The host is responsive to our queries. The place is nice and matches the pictures she posted. The room is amazing, with a beautiful ambiance and games for guests to enjoy. The property also has a caretaker or guard, which adds to the security. I will definitely recommend this place and might visit again.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. Despite the heavy rain and the bad weather, the situation around the accommodation was a mess, but I stayed comfortably without feeling any discomfort except for a small happening. The host is friendly and gives quick feedback on requests, so I highly recommend it. The helpers stayed in a small room outside, so I stayed comfortably without worrying about cleaning. The helpers are also very kind. I had a good stay.👍🏻
