Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Medieval Tower "Il Castellaccio"

You'll stay in a real medieval tower which is spread over three levels. On the ground floor you will find a living room with kitchen, on the first floor a bedroom with private bathroom and on the second floor the suite with private bathroom. The interiors are made particularly welcoming and evocative for the presence of antique furniture combined with more modern textiles and accessories and for the presence of the artistic ceramics of our territory. Outside you can enjoy a large private garden.

The Dazio's little house

La "Casina del Dazio" è conosciuta in tutto in quartiere di Porta Sant'Angelo in quanto piccolo edificio storico che un tempo ospitava la casa del daziere all'ingresso della città. Divenuta poi edificio comunale fatiscente è stata oggi ristrutturata e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è strategica in quanto si trova in una delle zone più belle di Perugia, antistante al famoso "Tempietto". Dall'edificio è possibile raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutti i principali punti di interesse.

The Gothic ribbed vault, the high tiled stove tower and living on four levels determine the extraordinary ambience of this apartment. On cool days, the tiled stove provides pleasant warmth and in the warm season, the covered terrace with the open fireplace and the natural stone fountain is a special highlight. The Prince's Palace has 4 beds: 2 four-poster beds (160x200) in the two bedrooms and two cuddly caves (140x200) in the children's area.

On the bike path that leads from Rimini to Valmarecchia, there is a medieval tower dating back to the 14th century. Done erected from a wealthy Raminese Fusso de’ Battagli. Once on the watchtower of an extensive fortified farm, guarded wheat and produce from the land. People came here to cook bread. Today this no longer happens but the tower maintains its charm as a fortress place to relax and feel protected .

Torretta Margiotta

Between Rome and Naples, on the northwestern edge of the Abruzzo National Park and at the end of the Val di Comino, lies below the beautiful mountain village of Picinisco of this 400-year-old tower with 76 square meters on three floors. On the ground floor a typical Italian "salon" with a cozy fireplace and small kitchen, on the middle floor the shower room and a bedroom and upstairs another bedroom.

I am renting an exclusive design penthouse located in an old, listed water tower dating back to 1881. This is located in the embassy quarter in Charlottenburg/Westend. Only 7 minutes away are the Olympic Stadium and the exhibition centre, and only 10 minutes away is the Kurfürstendamm, Berlin's famous shopping mile, as well as the Kantstraße with some of the best restaurants in the city.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
