Lovely, big Self-contained room 1 min to the beach

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. With a king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, a separate bathroom (bath/shower) and a private decked area, there is a lot of space. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. Own entrance &private parking, you can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard.

Little feathers… a beachy retreat

Situated on a private beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Whilst being a 2/3 minutes walk to beach I also aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier days.

A first floor, large custom built, self-contained studio attached to our main residence with its own private staircase. The space is generous, light and situated in a peaceful cul de sac in Bracklesham within a five minute walk to the beach. It has a king size french style bed, bathroom with rainfall shower and separate bath. A lounge area with a sofa that converts to a comfortable sofa bed and TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and dish washer.

A pretty cabin sitting in our private garden, light & airy but also cosy. There is a double bed, kitchen sink, ensuite shower room, Towels also included is a kettle, Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, iron & board, hair dryer, TV, Dab radio, air conditioning, floor standing fan, electric fire. And use of bikes (at users own risk) There are shops, bars & restaurants up in the village.We also supply milk tea sugar coffee and Croissants, orange juice on arrival.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
