The kitchen area has a hob, combi microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. It has a separate bedroom with a King size bed and a bathroom with a walk in shower.

Bromans Barn is on Mersea Island beside a lovely Nature Reserve which rolls down to the sea where the seals bask. It is a romantic cottage for two with an elegant mix of ecological build and sympathetic historical renovation. Bromans is impressively spacious but also very cosy and relaxing. Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Holiday Home. Mersea Island

The holiday home is sited on Coopers Beach holiday park (Parkdean Resorts). This is an 8 berth holiday home consisting one double bedroom two double single rooms and a pull out double in the lounge. Beds in the bedrooms are made up on arrival. (Towels not supplied) Entertainment passes can be obtained from the reception desk. Lovely place to make lasting memories. Close to the beach with the arcade, swimming pool, entertainment complex and children’s play area only a short walk away.

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Annexe Garden Cottage is located in West Mersea, next door but one to The Fox Inn. Walk to the beach via Cross Lane, further along the beach you can access the Hard. Annexe has off street parking, it's own private entrance & enclosed garden, garden table & chairs. & offers a great holiday base giving you access to both East and West Mersea. The accomendation provides kitchen, living & bedroom area & showeroom/WC. Bedding & towels are hotel quality giving you a relaxing stay.
