Gorgeous country apartment w/ hot tub & log burner

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our stay lived up to high expectations. Ainslie went over and above with decorations for my boyfriend’s birthday; welcome notes; homemade cake; fizz and ice in the fridge. She was warm and welcoming, and we felt completely relaxed. So grateful for such a lovely stay in a beautiful area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ainslie 🥰🤩🥳

Cottage with optional extra of wood fired hot tub

GracieRating, 5 stars2 days ago
I had a lovely weekend in Dawn and Darren’s wonderful cottage! It was clean and spacious, with great amenities . The added bonus of having a wood fire hot tub outside is fantastic! The cottage is in a lovely area for getting into nature, only a 10 minute walk to Loch Leven! Dawn was great to communicate with, very helpful and generous Will be back to visit again!

Pretty 3 bedroom cottage set in lovely gardens

AngelaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely property with everything you need for a stay. The grounds are lovely. The location is good as a hub and plenty of villages to visit and St Andrews is very close. Tara was quick to respond to any queries. I travelled with 2 teenagers and they were happy with WiFi speed. Also my dog loved the gardens. My husband brought back fish and chips from anstruther for dinner in less than 10 minutes. I would return to this accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay with my family at this historic cottage. Especially loved the easy access to the Fife Coastal Path that we walked daily into Burntisland or Aberdour. Excellent hosts as well. Thank you for your hospitality, we would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay, the cottage was clean and homely with a nice garden to enjoy. The location was perfect for both going to Edinburgh and exploring the local area/coast. Grieves Cottage.

JulieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful cottage, good quality furniture and furnishings, kitchen fully fitted with all you could want. Two showers, two toilets and a bath. Everything about the cottage was excellent and a good sized garden. The cottage is situated within easy access to the coast. There are some good tea rooms in the area which serve good food [Merryhatton, Archerfield & Smeaton]. Herd cafe at Balgone is worth a visit. Adjacent to Herd cafe is a field with a number of Highland Coos, beautiful animals. North Berwick is more village like than a town, with many shops and cafes and a lovely dog friendly beach. I was so happy to find Grieves Cottage on Airbnb and would definitely recommend.

Beautifully Renovated (Self-Contained) Cottage

WendyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great little place to stay. Very clean and location was fabulous for the different golf courses in the area. Beds were comfortable and clean and we slept great. The bedrooms have low slanted ceilings and would be difficult if you are very tall. Bathroom was large and shower was excellent with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Plenty of clean towels. The bathroom is downstairs, away from the bedrooms, so consider that if you have to use it frequently in the middle of the night. Communication with the host was very good.

The Boat Shore Cottage is a gem of a place! Fabulous position right on the shore. Compact, clean and cosy. Hannah is the perfect host, friendly and very kind, who went above and beyond for us, making us feel so welcome. Great location with easy access by train/bus to Edinburgh city centre yet feels a place apart, a friendly and quiet family seaside haven. Perfect! Thanks so much Hannah! We would love to come back and next time we will definitely book direct!

Traditional 2 bedroom cottage, sea view & parking

AndrewRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a lovely time in the Wee Hoose. It feels bigger than the photos show, very clean and comfortable, and hosts were very helpful with any of our questions. Dunbar is nice friendly costal town, and perfect as a base to explore Edinburgh, which we did 2 of the 3 days. Thank you.
