Have stayed here three or four times now. It’s a great base and definitely home from home. It’s comfortable and cosy and we love the secure private garden. Best of all is the location right by the beach - perfect!

me and my partner with our 8 year old daughter and our 2year old french bulldog had a lovely 2night stay with easy access to the beach and an easy 5 min walk to the rides at fantasy island. the caravan was perfect for the price and location also I just want to mention that the shower was alot better than previous caravan stays...was very powerful and very warm which is a massive bonus when wanting to start the day off or at the end of a busy day the owner was very helpful with our booking as well we will definitely be returning in the future for some more shorts breaks away

Exactly what we needed. A place to crash while we explored the coast line. Lots of info from the host about dog friendly cafes in the area was appreciated as we had our 2 pugs with us. The gate from the patio garden on to the lake was handy as my girl wont do her business unless there is grass. Cottage was big enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs and was 5 minutes max walk to the beach which was great. We tried Mo's Indian takeaway as there were menu's in the Cottage and the food was excellent. Thanks Carl and Team for a great stay.

Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The house is lovely and was pristine for our arrival. The location is ideal, a minute from the beach and a quick walk from shops and arcades. Our dogs also loved the house and especially the closed in garden. A outdoor dog bowl was even provided. The bath and she shower were lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use and had every appliance we needed. Will definitely stay again

Stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveller, it was perfect, clear communication from Sarah, easy access, accommodation was comfortable and clean, would stay here again.

was ment to be in another caravan but was problem so he offer us full refund or free upgrade and upgrade it was absolutely amazing can't wait to go back thank you so much

Had a lovely midweek stay during what turned out to be the hottest day of the year so far (we appreciated the fans!). The lodge is located in a great spot on the park, tucked away at the end of a cul de sac with trees alongside – where we enjoyed the local wildlife, lots of ducks, a hare and even a muntjac deer! The lodge is really well equipped and has lots of personal touches that make a difference, such as tea and coffee, washing liquid for the washer/dryer, books and family games. Can highly recommend!

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Adrian’s caravan and once again cannot fault anything. As a party of 5 (3 adults 2 children) the caravan accomodated us perfectly in terms of space and amenities. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle which ingoldmells inevitably brings. Adrian was faultless as a host again, very responsive, helpful, polite and even worked it so we could have a slightly earlier check in. Definitely recommended will definitely be looking to visit again.

My stay was perfect. Accommodation was spotless. We only stayed one night but it suited our needs perfectly.

Wi-Fi would have made it different. There was no network reception, and I think it was showing on the description Wi-Fi included.

All round a good stay for a good price. Lisa answered any questions we had almost immediately. I have stayed in that area many times before. First time on that particular site. I had no problems with anything at all.

Had a lovely time, 3 teens and I. Close to everything but not disturbed by the noise. Lovely on site pool and activities, nice walk to the beach. We went to the seal santactury which was just a short walk, and the lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes away. We drove into Mablethorpe it's a long walk or there is a land train and enjoyed the little town for the day and all it had to offer. We only had breakfast in the caravan but well equipped for cooking. Would recommend to all. Busy site but everyone was polite and o site lovely.

I paid for the airbnb for my granddaughters birthday and the family went too. They loved the apartment and balcony, good facilities and location. Catherine the host was very friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay at the well equipped chalet which was set in a quiet area of the park with open space outside the lounge doors. Steven very helpful and responded quickly when we couldn’t find one of the switches! Would definitely recommend this chalet and Steven the host.

Eva was very responsive and allowed us to book very last minute due to a booking mix up with a separate company. The flat was lovely and well kept. Right on the sea front. Great price. Thanks Eva.

A truly wonderful location a short walk from Old Hunstanton beach, and a pristine, very well equipped modern home that was a delight to stay in. Beds super comfortable, kitchen packed with everything you could need, and Kay was so considerate and flexible in the arrangements. We will be back soon, I hope - and heading straight to the beach cafe round the corner for a bacon and brie pannini!

We had the most wonderful time at ‘Miles by the sea,’ the house is modern, warm and comfortable. We spent lots of time sitting in the kitchen at the large table. My four young children had a lovely time playing in the huge garden and we loved the gigantic beaches, and spent a great deal of time walking up and down them, especially when the tide was out. The North Sea Observatory has fantastic views, delicious cakes and cold beer on tap, there was also activities throughout the week for the children. We walked to the amusement arcades every day, where we ate fish and chips and ate ice creams- we also ate in the cafe, which was very good value. It was our first visit to Lincolnshire, we mainly go to Suffolk, We had the best time - it’s our new favourite place. We would live to come back! We had an absolute ball during our stay! We fell in love with the neighbours who were even kind enough to give us a ride of their jet ski! We are a family who are never still and during our stay we just didn’t want to move from the property. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time at the top of the garden enjoying the fantastic views of the beach. In the short time we were there we felt we got to know some of the history of the property and it’s now part of our family memories too. A special spot indeed and we would love to return. We’ve never stayed in a place with so many treats on arrival and extra touches. Host was very responsive and helpful. 10/10.

The chalet is a wonderful, quirky space, full of beach house charm. The large light filled living and dining space has everything you need. We particularly liked the well stoked games cupboard. It has two small bedrooms and a great bathroom with lovely hot shower and lots of towels provided. The kitchen is well stoked with everything you need and there is a sweet little porch and great storage room. The garden space was lovely and a proper little sun trap in the afternoon. Location is wonderful, you are tucked away at the end of "The Fitties" in a quiet corner, moments from the beach and the nature reserve. We loved being able to walk straght out from the chalet to explore. Stunning scenery and easy to reach Cleethorpes if you want a bit more excitement. Martin was super helpful with any questions we had and with check-in. We had a wonderful little last minute break and would love to come back.
