Monthly Rentals in East Hancock

Was a great little spot it looked just like the pictures and was comfortable and peaceful!

We have stayed at Emilia’s places several times and are always happy to do so. It is an awesome place to stay while visiting UMaine. The location can’t be beat. The kitchen is functional and well stocked. We always get supplies from their store and cook at home for some meals. It is clean, comfortable and great parking. You can walk to restaurants, bars, the library and the river. We will miss it now that our Black Bear has graduated.

This is such a cozy cabin! Usually it’s so hard to find an affordable dog-friendly stay, but Lisa was very accommodating, even having a dog bed and dog bowls!! The attention to detail here is amazing - the cabin was stocked with little things that you would forget like kitchen spices, first aid kit, toothbrush, little snacks, coffee, and tea. Lisa always responded within minutes, provided excellent recommendations, left us such a cute note upon check-in, and even had the deck lights on for us since we were arriving late. We stayed for four days and were able to explore the area and visit all dog-friendly places including Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park, Sunset at Cadillac Mountain (must do!), Timber Tina’s Lumberjack Show, Acadian Boat Tours (puffin excursion), and Somesville Museum and Gardens (a beautiful and underrated place!!) and dog-friendly restaurants - Bar Harbor Lobster Bakes, Bar Harbor Lobster Pound, and Archie’s Lobster. Highly recommend for a couple and their pup! -A&M&S
