This two bedroom cottage has all amenities and is located on a quiet street 30 minutes from Athens Airport and a 500 metre walk from the beach with crystal clear waters. The property has organically grown citrus trees you can pick fresh fruit from when in season and an herb garden. Beach down the street is very clean and lined with restaurants and snack bars. You can grab a towel and go lay in the sun or rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to restaurants and shops in Nea Makri.

The house is located around 20 minutes from the Athens International Airport, and the metro and regional train reach the centre of Athens, Syntagma Square, the Akropolis and Plaka vicinity in 40 minutes. Within walking distance, you can find 2 main beaches and numerous hidden beaches.
