200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

Płyniewoda to minimalistyczna architektura, naturalne materiały, idealnie zaprojektowana przestrzeń. Opracowując ją skupiliśmy się, aby spełniała oczekiwania najbardziej wymagających Gości. Tworzona z pasją i miłością przez nas samych niemal na każdym etapie realizacji. Zależało nam, aby wnętrza były funkcjonalne i wyjątkowe. Stąd też zadbaliśmy o wszystkie detale – spójną kolorystykę, wysokiej klasy materiały czy też indywidualnie zaprojektowane meble.
