The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large terrace and a spacious garden with furniture, a grill, a playground and a parking lot for 3 cars. The area is fenced and locked.
