I stayed at Himani's place for a week during my recent work trip to Delhi, and it was truly a delightful experience. The space has such a warm, pleasant, and positive vibe—exactly as shown in the photos. It immediately felt like a home away from home. Himani and Shekhar were wonderful hosts—friendly, approachable, and always available whenever I had a question or needed any help. The location is extremely convenient, easy to find, and well-connected. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and overall atmosphere made a lasting impression. I’ll definitely look forward to visiting and staying at their place again in the future!

I am at a loss of words to express the wonderful hospitality extended by Shalu.She is an extremely good soul and went out of the way to take care of my family. She was there for me for all little things I needed. Whether it was a car or a maid .I would like to thank Shalu for keeping a medicine kit because it helped my 8 yrs daughter when she suddenly had a vomiting bout in the middle of the night. Sid was helpful and responsive - we were stuck without a place to stay and were able to book and check in within an hour! This place was cosy and clean with modern fixtures and nice art. Lot of interesting books on the shelf! The toilet is a bit small, but we were fine with it because the place had great ambience overall. The area is green and peaceful, and although nearest restaurants are long walk, delivery is easy and quick. We were comforted and refreshed after our stay. :)

I had a spectacular stay! I spent around 3 months and felt like I was living at my home. The place is very centrally located, the Metro Station and markets are close by. Ashish and his parents were very helpful throughout my entire stay!

An Exquisite Stay at Cozy Flats! Our recent visit toCozy Flats's homestay was an absolute delight. It truly embodied the essence of a home away from home, a feeling nurtured by the beautiful setting and the exceptional care from their dedicated caretaker Kunal. Our accommodations, were spotless, tastefully appointed, and incredibly inviting. Every small detail seemed to be perfectly considered for our comfort. The genuine warmth and proactive assistance from the caretaker elevated our entire experience. He consistently went above and beyond, providing all help right from food to travel. A huge thank you to Kunal,the caretaker for such a memorable stay!

What a great little apartment and neighborhood! Parvinder's apartment was clean, quiet, and well equipped (solid wifi, great aircon) with an adorable balcony view on the neighboring historical site. Arrival was a little daunting as it is pedestrian only, but Parvinder had someone onsite to help navigate and get settled. Hauz Khas Village has plenty to discover with some great shops, cafes and restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely come back!

I stayed at their place for about 3 nights. Ajeet and his wife Nalini were so cooperative and helpful. Even Nalini makes yummy foods if we order from them and that was so helpful because we don’t need to worry about going out in search of good food. They are taking good responsibility of us and they are ready to help us at any time of the day. This place is close to airport,NBEMS,metro. I have 2 suggestions: 1. There was water clogging in bathroom every time we take a bath,if thats resolved toilet is perfect 2. It would be good if a mirror is placed in bed room because we can’t use the mirror in the toilet to get ready while someone is using toilet.
