The pool is heated to 29°C. In 2026: Heated swimming pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. In 2027: Heated swimming pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Capacity of the accommodation 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 hp).

The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Terrace and large garden. Sheets provided.
