Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Die Badebox in der Alten Baderei in Kamenz bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, sich im Schutz einer Jahrhunderte alten Eibe und einer faszinierenden Geschichte zurückzuziehen und eine Auszeit zu genießen. Natürliche Materialien bieten ein angenehmes Raumklima. Aussergewöhnliche Fundstücke prägen das Design. Die Badewanne ist das zentrale Element des Raumes. Eine Saisonküche bietet die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung. Liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereiche sorgen für Entspannung.

The tiny house is a cozy little house full of attention to detail. Reduced to the bare essentials and yet comfortably furnished, it offers space to feel good. It has a living area with an integrated kitchenette. A staircase leads to the sleeping gallery, where there is a double bed. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom decorated with original VEB tiles from Boizenburg. In summer, a small private terrace invites you to linger, in winter the cozy crackling fireplace.

The villa is located directly on the Elbe cycle path. The house has a parking space, a spacious garden, three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The highlight is the view of the picturesque Saxon Switzerland in addition to the private sauna and fireplace. The property has its own access to the Elbe, where you can fish in addition to water sports. With a maximum occupancy of 11 people, two people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

A stylishly furnished holiday apartment awaits you with an incredibly beautiful view over Saxon Switzerland and the Eastern Ore Mountains. A lockable bicycle shed with charging options for your e-bike and parking space for your vehicle are of course available.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Farm near Dresden

Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. We rent our pretty rustic cottage on a historic Saxon farm from 1795. The farm is about 8 km from the eastern outskirts of Dresden and 15 km from Saxon Switzerland. It is uninhabited and is located in the middle of the Saxon village of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach on Hauptstrasse 10.
