Countryside views from every window, the surrounding grounds and woodlands are peaceful and relaxing.

Edgewater

Welcome to Edgewater. Our garden suite is a completely private,separate suite. Guests have their own private entrance. Overlooking gardens and lake, you may enjoy spectacular sunrises and moonscapes. Listen to loons call as they locate one another on the lake. The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.

1832 Historic Washington Bottom Farm Log Cabin

Welcome to our renovated 1832 Log Cabin on the grounds of the George William Washington and Sarah Wright Washington 19th century plantation. The cabin was the first structure built. Then came barns and slaves’ quarters (no longer standing). The dairy barn is now a woodworking shop and the bank barn was recently restored. The main house, built in 1835, is Greek Revival style. Today, our 300+acre is Certified Organic. We border the South Branch of the Potomac River. It’s ALMOST HEAVEN !

Welcome to The Boathouse! Conveniently located in the Municipality of Barrington, known as the Lobster Capital of Canada. Unwind at this uniquely built, rustic cabin situated next to the ocean. At high tide, you will wake up to the sound of waves splashing beneath your window. Enjoy the beautiful views from the outside decks or take a kayak and explore. The wildlife is all around. When night falls sit back and relax at the fire pit as you look out on the ocean. Enjoy your stay!

The Pool House is a stunning, stylish one bedroom cottage occupying an unrivalled position with sweeping views over the beautiful Tyne Valley, and easy access to Corbridge and nearby Roman sites. A large terraced garden which sits on the site of an old swimming pool (hence the name of the cottage), enables our guests to enjoy the glorious view from a variety of positions. Whilst adjacent to the owners farm house, The Pool House enjoys complete privacy for a peaceful stay.
