Accomodation is exactly as described, bed’s were comfortable and completely relaxed location, host was accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful stay in a great, secluded location. Outstanding host who responded to our every needed. Spotless interior and great outdoor space which was loved by our young family. We especially appreciated the complimentary essentials and treats in the kitchen, and small but significant touches around the home such as fresh flowers.

Sara was a great host; always willing to answer any queries I had! The Snug is a beautiful lodge and I cannot recommend it enough!

we throughly enjoyed our stay here. excellent location. cabin was clean, homely and spacious! would stay here again. only downfall would be the jets on the hot tub could do with being updated as some of them never worked so we had to take it in turns. overall a fantastic stay!

We had the loveliest stay for my partners birthday. Angus was there right when we arrived to check us in and show us around and the cabin was so thoughtfully decorated and spotlessly clean! His grounds are absolutely beautiful and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay! Thanks so much Angus and family☺️

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Pete’s cabin. It was lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing. Pete was always on hand to help re heat the hot tub. The fresh eggs from the hens were a great addition and were very tasty! Overall it was an amazing stay and would highly recommend Pete’s cabin to anyone wanting a lovely peaceful get away!

Went on a couples trip with 8 people to Julia’s gorgeous place. Was everything and more we could’ve hoped for. The pictures do not do the view justice!!! Very clean and well equipped, was so memorable.

Well located to visit various towns and attractions in Northumberland. Comfy beds, good shower, lovely setting for the lodge. Felmoor has a pub/bar serving food, we also ate at Northumberland Arms in Felton which was outstanding. Brilliant family holiday and we’d definitely return

A really beautiful home from home accommodation. Really well maintained and so close to the lovely beach. Thorough video instructions before arriving about every appliance. Welcoming message and the host checked if all was well on arrival. A reminder about booking out to keep the property safe. Well worth the visit and highly recommend Redcar beach caravan park .

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. Helen kindly upgraded us to their larger accommodation as it was empty and we were cycling the C2C and it had been a cold and drizzly day so she took pity on us! Helen was very helpful letting us know the best places to pick up food en route and even offered to pick up some heavy stuff for us during her shop. Thank you Helen for being so thoughtful!

Very beautiful and clean holiday home. Everything available that you need for a peaceful stay, very beautiful and quiet location with a beautiful seaview. Safe holiday park. Easy to get shopping, fuel etc,. Highly recommend, especially as Lyn is a great host, provided helpful instructions, really thankful to her help from check-in to checkout.

This is a lovely well kept caravan in a smallish caravan park. You’re not overwhelmed by a large site. Tom and his lovely wife Dawn stopped by on a walk to introduce themselves to us and ask if all was okay did we need anything else. This couple are friendly and very attentive ensuring you a good visit. The area was truly amazing with a gorgeous coastline (I’m going to miss my dog walks along this area especially the very peaceful morning walks). Very short walk to the High Street where shops and places to eat are plentiful. Oh Tom and Dawns welcome pack was just a truly thoughtful and very appreciative surprise. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay 🥰

Rob, I can’t thank you more mate the best experience I’ve had in a lifetime such a amazing place to stay, such a hidden gem the price needs to be doubled then doubled again for the value of this beauty. We really enjoyed our stay in the pods and had such a relaxing time! They were super clean and beautiful inside with everything you could need in the kitchen and also had amazing views outside where our dog loved to look through the window. We especially loved how peaceful it was and the TV was an added bonus to relax at night. The location was great, it wasn’t far from Durham for a day trip and lots of local pubs/restaurants a ten minute drive away. Lucy was the perfect host and even let check in early/out late, her communication was top draw and she was super responsive but really appreciated how she left us to our own devices. Would love to stay in Summer and experience the outside a bit more, highly recommend 🙂 thanks again for an amazing stay!

Brilliant stay at the Clay Bank Huts. Fantastic location, the grounds are well maintained, the interior is spotless, well decorated, and Joanne & Richard are lovely and communicative! Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Had an absolutely beautiful stay, thank you very much for everything, the place is very peaceful and the sheep and cows are very curious! Even though they were really busy running the farm they made us feel like their top priority. The sky was absolutely unreal, very dark so we could see so much more, a beautiful location and perfect hosts. Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely cabin, exactly as described. Hot tub heated on arrival which was perfect. No welcome gift, which was described in check in and always had previously at lodge stays which was a shame considering it was Xmas. Perfectly clean and essentials such as salt & pepper provided. Lots of cooking utensils which was great too. Easy to get to and perfect location!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. Felt like home as every little detail had been thought about and was really cosy. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Great location right next to the sea with wonderful sunrises strolling along the beach. Beautifully decorated and well kept accomodation. Close to some fabulous attractions. We enjoyed Woodhorn Colliery museum, saw dolphins at Newbiggin as the sun set, a fantastic boat trip to the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne from Seahouses, Warkworth Castle and beach, and a stop in Amble. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who kept in good communication throughout and were really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this place to others looking for a base to explore Northumberland and all it has to offer.

Very modern and clean van. Great location right on the beach and very accommodating host, leaving tea, coffee biscuits etc. Would recommend to anyone and was really impressed with how nice the caravan was. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Set in such a beautiful area with the most amazing views. Lovely and clean accommodation and lots of space for a family of 5. Would highly recommend and will be definitely returning in the future.

John's caravan was lovely, amazing location right on the cliff front with fantastic views of the sea. The place felt home from home, with lovely little touches that made it feel warm and cosy. The caravan park itself had plenty to do and we made use of the swimming pool which was free to use, you just need to book.

Jill and Steve were very friendly and helpful hosts. As we were new to the Yorkshire Dales, they gave us helpful recommendations as to what to see and do. The location is beautiful with great views of the surrounding countryside and if you’re lucky with the sky at night, the stars are amazing. We would love to come back and stay and explore the Dales more.
