Our family stayed at Robin's place for my daughter's graduation from Duke. It was a perfect spot. We all felt at home. It was private and comfortable and only a short ride to the university. Great find!

A lovely home in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a great place to relax after a busy day of work or play. Brad was very attentive to any concerns that may have come up, and provided some great suggestions of activities and places to eat in the welcome guide. Laundry on site made my extended stay feel more like home, and the fireflies at night were a nostalgic touch. 10/10 would stay again!

My group enjoyed our stay at Brad’s place. Check in was smooth and easy. The home was very clean and nice. There were also lots of towels, wash clothes, and linens for our group.

Another great stay and a happy birthday for our granddaughter, house was perfect for the small gathering and very comfortable for those who stayed the weekend. Thanks again Matthew.

Yuan was an amazing host super accommodating with my last-minute booking after our original plans fell through. After a quick conversation, he had no problem with us bringing pets, which was a huge relief. The home was clean, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and bonus there’s a pool! Highly recommend.

My family of 7 stayed here over Easter weekend and enjoyed this house very much. Lots of room to spread out, a well stocked kitchen to cook in and lots to walk to in the area. There are trains that run occasionally so it can be a bit noisy but Brad provides white noise machines in the bedrooms ( we personally did not use them). Brad is a great host and responds quickly to questions!

The house was great! My kids love the pool and the location was super convenient to lots of restaurants. Dalia was super responsive and friendly!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jill’s home. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited our needs. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary 7-day YMCA pass provided for everyone on the reservation. Such a thoughtful and generous perk that added so much value to our trip. Jill was a fantastic host with excellent communication throughout our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt welcomed from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her home to others!

Lorel’s place was exactly what we were looking for- a great place to stop over, to break up a long drive. Spotless, well appointed, very close to downtown/restaurants/breweries, and the bed mattress was excellent!

Our 3-night stay at Andrey’s Airbnb in Durham was comfortable and convenient. We were in Durham for a graduation at Duke. Our stay was seamless from easy accessibility, free parking, clean comfortable convenient space. The beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the white linens and bright room lights as it felt extra clean. Snacks and drinks, including water bottles in the fridge and coffee pods and teabags were provided. The place was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and even included washer/dryer, clothes steamer, electric kettle, coffee maker, hair dryer and flat iron. I would recommend this place and return for future stays while in Durham.

Loved our stay at Villa Pinea. We are MCM lovers and this home is a perfect time capsule. The design and furniture are super livable and beautiful. The space is perfect for a long stay. There are spaces for work, rest and hanging out. The kitchen has everything and the listing is well stocked with all you need for coffee or big dinner. During the day, the house is serene and peaceful with views of nature from every window. At night you will be joined by all the sounds of nature including frogs and an occasional screech owl. This is a great place for rest and relaxation and Durham/ Chapel Hill are both 10 minutes away.

Excellent value in a downtown Durham location. Four full-size bedrooms and a great kitchen and dining room for group dinners. Noisy street meant it might not be ideal for working remotely or young children but was great for a group of friends hanging out for the weekend.

Jesse's place was wonderful for our stay. We stayed here for a week and felt right at home. We were able to walk to a quick breakfast just a block away, grocery options two blocks away, and an easy walk downtown in the evening. We even hopped on the fare-free public bus for one trip. The house is easy to use, and having access to the washer/dryer is a definite plus. Having labels on all of the light switches was a convenience that we hadn't seen at other rentals before. We especially liked sitting on the porch with morning coffee. At times the neighborhood noise was a bit loud, but some of that will be lessened once the construction next door is done, so that isn't an inherent issue with the rental. Overall Jesse's place was great and his responsiveness along the way was really appreciated. Durham was a lot of fun for us during our stay (both for work and for fun), and we would rent here again in a heartbeat next time around.

Kara made us feel right at home. She was very easy to reach and communicate with for any additional needs we had. The place was clean and cozy.

Nethania’s home is well furnished and comfortable. Everything was just as we hoped for our stay. I commend her for labeling all the contents of cabinets and drawers so that you know where to look for things. The setting is peaceful too. I highly recommend her property.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Easy walk to Duke East Campus and 9th Street. Everything was exactly as described and Susan was very easy to work with.

We had an amazing stay, Lydia‘s place was impeccable, it was very clean, nicely decorated, well stopped. I would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend it. As a host, Lydia was amazing, easy to reach and very accommodating, we left our favorite pillows there and she offered to mail them for us.

Loved this place and will stay again when in the area. Very, very clean and smelled fresh with no artificial scents (I am migraine prone) . Modern, new and comfy. Pretty wood floors, high ceilings and terrific master bath with 2 sinks and walk in shower. We stayed with 2 small dogs. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Kitchen seemed well stocked, although we didn't cook. Great mattresses. Only place to walk dogs was on the short street. No sidewalks in the area, but a nice park is a short drive away. Residential area and some homes were not well kept, but the neighbors were very friendly and it felt safe. A pair of dogs nearby were big barkers and the owners didn't intervene, but still quieter than most hotels. This was a minor issue and not under the hosts' control. Several good restaurants and gathering places within a 10 minute drive . Have family in the area and will check availability here first for our next visit.
