You will appreciate its preserved setting, calm, large secure swimming pool. Ideal place for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and friends! We're waiting for you!

Neighborhood close to the canal in the footsteps of Paul Riquet, 10 minutes from the belfry, large central square, close to all amenities. Near Lake Saint-Ferréol (5-min drive or 30-min hike). Be amazed by the Montagne Noire, rich in little-known Cathar history. Treat yourself to a break.

La Forge - absolute calm with a view of the Pyrenees

La Forge is an intimate wood-and-stone tiny home designed for a fully immersive nature escape. With panoramic Pyrenean views, it’s a peaceful space to slow down, rest, and reconnect. Inside: a double bed, equipped kitchen, workspace, wifi, and a wood-burning stove. A private dry toilet is attached, with a full bathroom in the nearby shared house. Enjoy the terrace, and optional organic table d’hôte or wellness sessions.

The renovated, bright and warm living rooms open onto superb views of the river or the mountain. On the Montagne Noire, at an altitude of 700 m, the Ginkgo gîte is surrounded by 16 hectares of woods and meadows. The cottage has been renovated in a 17th century abbey farmhouse, and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Dive into the pool, or visit the region; Carcassonne and Albi, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, or Toulouse are about 1 hour drive away.

As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.
