Apartment - Golden Wine Village of Durbach

Bright, modern furnished apartment in central location. The perfect base for touring the Black Forest. Many hiking trails through the vineyards of Durbach. Offenburg with many shopping facilities is just a 5-minute drive away and can also be easily reached by public transport. Nearby is the winegrowers' cooperative Durbach as well as the heated outdoor pool with miniature golf course. Even the physical well-being in Durbach with its numerous restaurants is not neglected.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our apartment is on the first floor of our house. On approx. 90 square meters, we offer you a cozy 3-room apartment to feel good. It has 4-5 beds and invites you to relax. The apartment is located in a central yet very quiet street in the center of Appenweier. Appenweier is a municipality in the Ortenau district located between the Black Forest and Strasbourg. The transport connection is perfect for exploring many excursion destinations and attractions in the area.

Small & fine craftsman apartment

Our small but equipped apartment is located on the outskirts of Oberschopfheim, directly on the vineyards. Whether hikers, craftsmen, nature lovers,…. - we warmly welcome you to our place. The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

Vergissmeinnicht vacation home

Our apartment (40 square meters) is located in our new building with a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a few relaxing days. Shopping of any kind is within walking distance. The adjacent meadows and forests invite you to take small and large walks. Our “Talblick Vacation Rental,” renovated in 2022, is located in our old, original Black Forest farmhouse with stunning views of Oberharmersbach and Brandenkopf. Secluded yet close to the center, you can enjoy your vacation here. Hikes and bike tours can be started right outside the front door. A Penny food discounter is within walking distance (600 meters). Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogts farms, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.

Here is the ideal place for those who like to treat themselves to something special in a special environment. Between meadows and forests, you will live here with breathtaking views, which extends over the Black Forest peaks to the Vosges Mountains. The modern architecture and high-quality furnishings have a very special charm and offer a unique holiday experience. In the Soleil, up to 7 people can relax in 120 m², spread over two floors.

Direkt neben dem Gmeiner Hof mit Kühen, Ponys, Hühnern, Katze und Hund befindet sich die behindertengerechte Ferienwohnung mit 124m², 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mit behindertengerechter Toilette und Dusche, einer weiteren separaten Toilette, einem großen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich . Hunde sind willkommen, wir berechnen 25 Euro pro Hund .Die Gemeinde erhebt Kurtaxe von 2,50 Euro ab 16 Jahren, diese muss vor Ort in bezahlt werden.

Quiet granny apartment in Offenburg

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
