Jolies balades à pied sur des chemins de randonnées (GR), voie verte cyclable, restaurants & commerces. Duravel est un joli village animé avec des ruelles typiques du Lot. La maison est sur trois niveaux : un rez-de-chaussée avec salon, chambre, cuisine, toilette et salle de bain, un étage avec un petit salon et une chambre sous combles mansardés, et enfin une cave avec lave linge et sèche linge.

Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.
