Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in DuPage County

Wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend. Has everything you need for a great stay. Appreciated the garage remote! FYI, all bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. There’s less than 10 steps per staircase. The ground floor has a walk-in shower but no bedroom. Initially a family member with disabilities was supposed to stay with us. Unfortunately they were unable to come. She would have had to sleep on the couch.

Definitely a family home. Spacious inside and out. Outside area was fun for the kids and adults. We enjoyed ourselves for sure.

We were a group of 13 women and 5 children, and this location was perfect for us. It was quiet, beautiful, and had enough beds for everyone. The kids had a great time in the tree house and yard, the kitchen was well suited for our meal prep, and the home, was clean and neat. We never heard or saw our hostess who stays on the property, but she communicated by message as needed. The driveway was hard to spot on arrival, but once we knew where it was it wasn't a problem. I would recommend this home for a large group and would stay there again, myself!

Great location near downtown Elmhurst with lots of common space to spend time with family!

We stayed here for my Bachelor Party. It was a golf trip, so having the Preserve at Oak Meadows right next door was great. Jazmin was responsive when we had a small issue with the code to get in. All-in-all a great place!

Very beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood! Lovely to hear the birds sing in the morning and to walk around the neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable! There is also a separate cozy space to read which was very nice. I highly recommend for couples looking for a getaway in an area with amazing restaurants and bars!

A very nice and welcoming place to stay!

Craig was extremely nice and accommodating when it came to my birthday weekend. He responds quickly to all questions asked and makes sure we’re comfortable at all times. This home was clean, accurately described, and had the perfect “home feeling”. Overall, when visiting the area I will be booking here again !

me and my fiance stayed just a few days and I didn’t want to leave! The space was even better than expected. Having almost everything you’d need to cook, plenty of towels, clean bedding. It was so clean and beautiful inside and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Felt just like home. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful as well. We will 100% be back!

This was a beautiful place! it had everything we needed. Oak Park downtown is walkable and has everything you could want. It is an upstairs unit so be prepared for some steps. Parking was easy. Michelle was great! Downtown Chicago is only 15m (if there's no traffic.). We would definitely come back!

If you want a groovy place right in the heart of Wicker Park then this is the place! Easy to walk to two blue line stops and if you want groceries it isn’t very far at all! The neighborhood is higher energy than others but welcome to WICKER PARK!!

It was a great stay and very close to the train station which was a plus. A good ideal spot if you want to walk downtown to grab a bite. The place is quiet and perfect for a pair, me and my partner really enjoyed the stay. Thank you so much for having us!

Great place, beautiful attic and great amenities from host!

The condo is exceptional, very well furnished and very spacious. It is conveniently located in Geneva with easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.. There were only four of us staying there, but I think it could sleep ten. Unfortunately the weather was chilly and we could not enjoy the expansive screened-in porch which would be fantastic in warmer weather. The price was a little expensive but was reasonable for the space and accommodations, and would be a great deal for six or eight. If we can get to Geneva again we would definitely book this condo again.

This was a great place to stay while in town with friends for a weekend! Walkable to great restaurants and shops, and the place was extremely clean and filled with natural light. Comfy beds and good shower pressure. Would stay again!

Although I did have the address and some information about the entrance way, the lock box for the keys was a tad difficult to figure out. A call to him and his prompt response helped me out. Talking with him on the phone helped me understand where the free parking spaces were (in a gated area) and how to access them. The smart lock box on the door of the "apartment" was confusing to me but I'm of a different generation. Another call to him, again with a prompt response, helped me out. The only complaints would be that the jet tub in my bathroom wasn't able to be used due to the nozzle not working to fill the tub and there was only one box of facial tissues on the fireplace mantle. For people with allergies, a box in each bathroom would have been a plus. My brother and I enjoyed our stay even though it was a tad noisy due to street noise but ... that's a downtown stay, I suppose.

Perfect location. Plenty of space. Comfortable rooms. Easy check in and check out.

Susan's place was a great affordable option for a cozy place that isn't too far from downtown! the local places around the unit were also super nice! The space was fairly cleaned and well organized. There's plenty of amenities that made the stay more comfortable.

Adrian’s condo was perfect! We had the most incredible stay! Gorgeous design, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, felt very safe, amazing communication, etc! So impressed! We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends!

It is so great beautiful kitchens and so much room . It’s walkable to get to food places and it’s so close to everything downtown. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Lauren’s condo is nestled in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. It is an ideal location for us just a 12 minute walk from our family’s condo. It is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Lauren was very responsive to any questions. The condo is pleasing and tastefully decorated. Her condo was clean with a comfortable bed and bed linens. We love the neighborhood and look forward to our next visit.
