In a quiet neighborhood, occasional passing trains, are in ear range. 50 acres of national in back yard Forest. Ten minutes in any direction to the lake, mountain or Mt Shasta City & the Sacramento River, Cantara/Box Canyon. Also near Waterfalls & the Mt. Shasta Ski park.
