We have a luxurious designer kitchen and bathroom, cosy living room with log burner and two fantastic bedrooms with open beams that can be set as a double and two singles or a king-size and double sleeping arrangements. Outside is a patio with private use of the hot tub. Whilst we welcome groups of guests, this is not a party house and noise is strictly limited after 11pm

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.
