Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Holiday cottage in the heart of the Perche (10 minutes from Bellême and 50 minutes from Le Mans) for up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. Looking forward to welcoming you to our haven!

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Very nice farmhouse, 25 min from Le Mans and 2 hours from Paris, located at the place called Le Tertre in Saint-Michel-de-Chavaignes. Train station 8 km away. Close to shops. Beautiful countryside. Ideal for family or friend gatherings, nature weekends or professional gatherings. Fiber optics. Barbecue. Beautiful fireplace. Linens provided. In addition, a 65 m2 room is available to play ping-pong, dance, do theater rehearsals, workshops or dinner. 6000 m² park.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Ground floor apartment

Enjoy a stylish home, close to the city center and located 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. For 2 people with the possibility of putting an extra mattress for a child. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house with independent access. Possibility to park in our fenced lot. It consists of 3 rooms, fitted kitchen, bedroom with 140 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet. There is also a private terrace.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Charming little village house. Located 20 minutes from Le Mans and the circuit and 5 minutes from the highway exit. This house consists of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, an equipped kitchen and an extra bed for one person on the sofa bed. Shops within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, restaurant... Bed linen and towels are provided. You will have a private outdoor area with garden furniture. Street parking

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with countryside views, located 800 m from the town center with a bar-tobacconist and its superb church. Bakery and grocery store 2 km away. Supermarket 6 km. Fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom/living room with very comfortable 160 sofa bed, Bathroom with bathtub + walk-in shower. Separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds if no extra person
