Nice fisherman's house 100m from the ocean

Nice renovated, bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. A stone's throw from shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively and our little house is lost in its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Ideally located, a 10 minute walk from Arcachon Station and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach in front of the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 metres from where the fireworks of July 14 and August 15 are fired each year.

Cap Ferret Cabin 2 to 3 people "The Surf Shack"

Dependency at the bottom of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The cottage is originally intended to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The cottage is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each tenant. WE ONLY SUPPLY HOUSEHOLD LINEN ON REQUEST (20€ extra).
