This freshly renovated vacation apartment features underfloor heating and two bedrooms, each comfortably furnished with two box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms include a large, spacious wardrobe with plenty of shelving and hangers. The bathroom benefits from natural light and is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity unit, and a mirrored cabinet. The kitchen has a refrigerator with 3 freezer compartments, a quiet dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, and a programmable coffee machine., an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an air fryer, and a blender. It offers a pleasant atmosphere with a dining area, inviting you to cook and relax together. Direct access to the spacious terrace is available from the kitchen. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. In good weather, you can relax in comfort—whether in the shade or the sun—perhaps in the beach basket chair, while reading or simply enjoying the view of the greenery. Pure relaxation! The apartment is fully accessible (barrier-free). A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room for a small fee, making the apartment suitable for longer stays. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for pets or children under the age of 3. Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.
