The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

So this is then a PASSAGEWAY ROOM! Our accommodation is located in the village. Rural and (mostly) quiet. The immediate surroundings are ideal for bicycle rides and walks in the woods. Shopping for basics such as groceries is available ~ 4 km away. The district capital of Diepholz is ~ 10 km away.

The building where the apartment is located is particularly quiet, as only small offices and a physiotherapy practice are used during the day. In the evenings and on weekends, you have the entire house to yourself, so you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. The apartment is located outside Diepholz in the industrial area & has an easy connection to the expressway. McDonald's, a beverage market and Lidl are only 1.5 km away. Other shops from the city of Diepholz are 2 km away.

This place has a wood-burning fireplace; in addition, there are electric heaters. It is located 0.6 miles (1 km) from the small village of Wehdem, where there are shopping options. There are meadows and fields, and the property borders a beautiful forest with old trees – an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, or just enjoying nature. A few meters from the house, there is a swimming pond that you are welcome to use during your stay, as well as the wood-fired sauna!

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

The apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Dümmer Lake is a 15-minute walk away. Marissa Holiday Park is about a 25- to 30-minute walk. Pedal boats, bicycles and SUPs can be rented there. Note: A railway line runs directly behind the house where the apartment is located.
