The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

Dieses ist dann also ein DURCHGANGSZIMMER! Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Dorf. Ländlich und (meistens) ruhig. Die direkte Umgebung bietet sich für Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge im Wald an. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Basics wie Lebensmittel gibt es in ~ 4 km Entfernung. Zur Kreisstadt Diepholz sind es ~ 10 km.

Es gibt Wiesen und Feldern und grenzt an einen schönen Wald mit altem Baumbestand an - idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Rad fahren oder einfach nur zum Natur genießen. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein Schwimmteich, der während des Aufenthaltes gerne genutzt werden darf, so wie die holzbeheizte Sauna !

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

The apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor and has a double bed, a kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Dümmer Lake is a 15-minute walk away. Marissa Holiday Park is about a 25- to 30-minute walk. Pedal boats, bicycles and SUPs can be rented there. Note: A railway line runs directly behind the house where the apartment is located.
