Holiday rentals with beach access in Dumaluan Beach

Great place to stay to get away, close to everything, a pool you can dip into to cool down and relax. Beach vibes. recommend dumaluan beach resort over oceanica resort which is close by. Staff/ caretakers also take care of you well here .

Amazing value, great location and the accommodation is ideal for anybody. Also bigger than we expected and has lots of useful utilities.

Great apartment with a great pool! Best to have your own transport to get to Alona beach etc but we enjoyed how quiet and private it was, away from the strip. There's an amazing restaurant literally 1 minute walk away, and lots of other nice places a short scooter ride away. Also a really good quiet secluded beach 5 minute scooter ride away. The apartment is big and spacious, clean, comfortable. Cristophe is also a great host! Very quick to respond to questions and issues - we had an Aircon issue while staying and he was straight on it, and it was fixed the next day. He also gave some really good local recommendations 👍🏻

The place is peaceful at night, nature vibes , clean , host is friendly. If you plan to book this Airbnb I highly recommend to rent scooter so you can drive around. Near to Biking Public Beach free entrance and underrated. The owner have cats free hug for them. Budget friendly Accommodation .

Preciana was very quick to our inquiry offer assistance whenever we need them. If you are looking for a place that is away from the busy panglao this is the place. Close to Tagbilaran and 16 minutes away from Panglao. I'll give credits to Juvelyn the care taker who is always ready to help when we need something, and to Preciana who is very active and always reply to my messages even during late nights. They also have rental motorbikes so it makes our stay easy to get from places we like to go. They also offer a pick up from the airport just let Precy know she's so eager to help all her guest. Once again thank you Precy for having us for a month. 🙏🙏

We would definitely book this place again when we go to Bohol. The internet is super fast, it’s very quiet. The bed and pillows are comfy and it had everything we needed. Kuya Gil is so friendly and accommodating.

The host are very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Although the place is in the City, the place was quiet and peaceful. Transpo: It's easy to go around. You want wait for a trike or book a ride through Maxim. After a tiring day we went to Tubig Dako which is just a few minutes walk. Overall, the price for our stay was really worth it.

This place was hands down, the best place we stayed in all the Philippines. This place was amazing and I didn’t want to leave. Great host and very friendly care taker. Having access to the pool and a gym was definitely a plus. However, the house was just set up so perfect. We had a grill outside. We had a washing machine. We had a boat available to us. We had a scooter available. The house was set up where you didn’t have to worry about going and getting water and toilet paper and soap. Everything was provided. It was wonderful. The ceilings are very high around. I would say 11 to 12 feet so you do not feel claustrophobic at all and it’s very spacious. We had all the dishes provided to us so that we could cook there and all the amenities just made it feel like we were living there all along. It had excellent air conditioning in all of the rooms and excellent water pressure in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, and anything else that was needed.

If you’re looking for a vacation home, or a place to escape this is it. The Villa is solar powered so if you’re big on saving energy this is a plus. The rooms look exactly as described and exactly as shown. It was squeaky clean and beautiful. The pools are amazing, fresh water and warm. I was swimming morning, afternoon and evening! The staff is exceptional. The coordinator Rhocyl, the house manager Jacky, our sweet awesome driver Biloy, and Chef Dario along with the other staff members - they all went over and beyond with accommodating & helping us and making us feel at home. I felt comfortable and secure with the staff. Jacky was quick to accommodate last minute requests and Biloy happily drove us everywhere 😇 I know that I have a place to return to when I come to Panglao and it’s Villa Tawala My only wish, is that we take the crew along with us to our other destinations but I’m sure they would be missed! We had a fantastic stay at John's place. John himself was such a gracious host. The space was clean, clutter-free, and complete with amenities to make for a convenient stay (from towels to shampoo and body soap, down to sponge and dishwashing liquid... cooking utensils too). The towels were soft and smelled super clean! A family of 7, we arrived with two cars which we were able to park within the area without encroaching on the road. The kids loved the wifi speed, Smart TV, and... yes, the quiet A/C, and solar power system. We were delighted that the kids' favorite items on our sight-seeing list were within 10 minutes' drive only from the AirBnB: the Bohol Bee Farm Resort, South Farm, and Bohol Ocean Fantasy Show. Chocolate Hills, Loboc River Cruise, and Mirror of the World were also about 45 minutes to 1 hour away. All extremely easy to locate with Google Maps. Overall, what a memorable stay! We highly recommend John's place for families doing a self-drive DIY tour of Bohol.

So glad we found this place. It's a tiny but GREAT home. Lends itself well to an extended stay. Likes: * Extremely fresh and clean place * Very helpful and responsive hosts * Good wifi and smart TV * Bedroom has aircon * Hot/cold water dispenser and fridge * All kitchen utensils, oil and salt provided * Private backyard with gas hob cooker and clothes line *Quiet safe area, small local stores, walkable (or short ride) into town for all amenities Worth noting: The bathroom is reached via the backyard (well-lit). Good shower pressure. Low toilet height and bucket flush might be a challenge for some, worked fine for us. Overall: great for the price, highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The space was comfortably furnished, and the rooms stayed cool thanks to the strong AC. The kitchen was well-equipped — all the cooking and dining essentials worked perfectly, making meal prep simple and convenient. What we appreciated most was the peaceful setting — a calm, quiet spot that let us truly unwind after long, activity-filled days. The highlight, especially for the kids, was the warm-water pool. They spent hours in it, and it definitely made the stay memorable.

the place is peaceful. the condo has a great pool. however, you need to have a contact with toktok drivers (ask the guard of the condo) because its hard to get a grab car. its accessible to the dumaluan beach using toktok thank you lara for being responive. the rate is great for its price because we are 5 and we got to cook inside so we saved a lot.

Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Place was nice. Love the jacuzzi. There are times when it gets noisy when there are planes flying and some karaoke singing outside but the it’s tolerable on my perspective. Its 2 kms. away from alona beach. You can get there via tuktuk, jeep or you can walk if you want exercise. Overall a great and peaceful stay. Will recommend to stay here.

I booked Steve and Cherrie’s place for my best friend and her cousins as a bonding getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to Alona Beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. It made everything so easy and convenient for them. They had a fantastic time, and the place was clean, comfortable, and just right for relaxing and spending quality time together. Steve and Cherrie were kind and responsive hosts throughout the stay. I’d gladly recommend this place to family and friends, and we’d love to book again in the future!

중학생 아이들과 함께한 대가족 여행이었습니다 . 바로앞 수영장에서 정말 재밌게 놀았어요 . 깊어서 다이빙하기에도 좋았네요 . 냉장고 성능 좋았고 정수기도 편했어요 . 어딜 여행가나 수영복이나 젖은 옷 말리는게 불편했는데 이 숙소는 충분했었답니다 . 거실에어컨만 틀어놔도 시원했어요 . 오히려 잠잘땐 추워서 끄고 잤답니다 . 벌레는 개미 모기정도 ? 모기도 거의 물리지 않아서 벌레에대한 스트레스는 없었어요 . 알로나비치까지는 거리가 좀 있어요, 도로도 울퉁불퉁하고해서 걷기엔 힘들었지만 숙소 바로앞엔 항상 툭툭이가 대기 하고 있었고 근처 맛집도 많아 편했답니다 . 다음에 보홀에 가면 다시 지내고 숙소랍니다 . ^^
