Our modern guest studio in Duisburger-Süd on the border with Düsseldorf is ideally suited for holidays in the Ruhr area and the surrounding cities as well as as as a trade fair apartment when visiting Messe Düsseldorf (approx. 10 km) or Messe Essen (approx. 15 km). Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum S-Bahn stations are in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The Six Lakes Plateau recreational area is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to hike extensively.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
