très beau gîte avec vue sur le Mont blanc. Nous avons passé de belles vacances reposantes et au calme. Possibilité de faire des balades au col du Cliergeon juste au dessus.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Excellent accommodation complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, air conditioning a big bonus with the warm weather we had at the time. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, Chanaz is a picture postcard beautiful place. Nadine was super helpful throughout our stay.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous y allons et c’est toujours aussi top ,tant le logement que les recommandations pour les activités. Une très belle maison avec le confort d’un top niveau et d’une propreté impeccable Proches de la plage,des resto et commerces. Des personnes très réactives et agréables. J’ai qu’une hâte c’est d’y revenir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre très paisible, avec une maison ayant tout le nécessaire à disposition ! Hautement recommandé.

La maison est très agréable à vivre, parfaitement équipée et idéalement située. On ne lasse pas de la terrasse et de la magnifique vue sur le lac. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !

Fabulous, luxurious accommodation in an ideal location! It's in the gorgeous historic area of Annecy; it's a 5-minute walk from the train station and just a 5-minute walk from the lake. There are restaurants and shops galore. It's positively dreamy! I could go on all day about the quality of this apartment. It is spacious, super clean, beautifully designed, decorated and furnished, and it has been thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest could possibly need. Line and Frederic are very gracious and responsive hosts. This AirBnB is an absolute gem!

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Très beau logement situé sur les hauteurs de Belley. La vue est magnifique et le logement est très spacieux propre et disose de tous les équipements nécessaires au déroulement du sejour Mention spéciale à la piscine en hauteur qui permet d'admirer la vue!

Trois journées merveilleuses dans la très jolie maison d'Aude, maison impeccable, très bien équipée en tout, salle de bain parfaite, cuisine jolie et pratique, la literie est hyper confortable, les chambres sont ravissantes, emplacement de rêve avec vue sur le lac et les alpes, très joli jardin, on ne sait plus quoi ajouter tant tout était positif, on a eu du mal à repartir ! Aude a été plus que charmante et attentionnée, flexible, rapide à répondre, on recommande absolument ! Et on espère bien revenir !

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Arvière-en-Valromey dans le gîte de Sarah et Claude pour fêter les 60 ans de mes beaux-parents, entourés de toute la famille : enfants, petits-enfants et même arrière-petits-enfants ! Le gîte était idéal pour accueillir tout le monde : spacieux, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible, parfait pour se retrouver et créer de beaux souvenirs. Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Une belle parenthèse en pleine nature que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier ! Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .
