Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Beautiful flat, in grade B listed mill, with gorgeous sea views, situated in the quaint fishing village of Burghead. The flat overlooks the Moray firth where dolphins, seals and orcas are spotted. The flat is a 5 minute walk from miles of beaches and the forest of Roseaisle and a wonderful local cycle path and coastal walk. Please note this flat is on the second floor with no lift.
