This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This comfortable villa is located 15km from Split and 5km from Omiš. Plenty of Ancient Román sites to visit in Split and a lot of adventurous activities in Omis, such as rafting, canyoning, zip-line, free climbing. The house was built in 1968 but fully renovated in 2020. The outside area is pretty secluded and it includes heated non-chemical pool with sun beds, shower, and two sitting areas with a dining table for 8.
