Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Studio with own entrance with shower and bathroom area. View of gardens. Seating area outdoors. Totally private and peaceful Super comfortable room, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Beautiful location beside sea, parks and birds sanctuaries. Public transport minutes away. 5km from city centre. Clontarf is full of excellent restaurants and cafes. Easy to order takeaway from multiple restaurants. Excellent WiFi, netflix and TV. Wonderful location in Victorian House. No access to kitchen.

Property is located 3 km West of the city center. Only a 12 minute bus ride to city center (refer to google maps for bus routes) It is close to many interesting attractions in Dublin. The Guinness Store House is a 13 minute walk away. Phoenix Park is a 10 minute walk away (free entry) Memorial Gardens only a 3 minute walk (free entry) Kilmainham Goal is a 5 minute walk down the road. The Irish Museum of Modern Art is also a 5 minute walk away (free entry) Inchicore Centre is also nearby.

Cosy self contained garden room with separate side entrance. Close to restaurants and shops. There is a friendly pub/50 metres away. We are only 5 k from the city centre and the bus stop is 200 meters at the end of the road. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, and enough crockery for 2 people. Comfortable double day bed. Private ensuite bathroom with electric shower. Note, there is only cold water in both sinks. This is suitable for two people only.
