Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

This is a unique opportunity to see the sights of Dublin City whilst staying on a Nature Reserve with the peace and quiet that has to offer. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

We are 5km from city centre and local bus passes outside every 20 minutes . Walking distance to a sandy beach and there is a promenade across the road. We are walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, chemists & restaurants. We have private driveway with parking for 1 or 2 cars. We have long back garden with large deck area. We have deck tables, chairs with seat covers. Adrian and I are a mature couple who are renting out our home while we travel.

This coastal haven is ideally situated close to the city centre (6km), off Clontarf's promenade. Main street is a 3 minute walk, which has a variety of pubs and restaurants. Dollymount beach and St. Annes park are nearby.
