The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

We are located just a one-minute walk from the sea and 1.5km from Tully Cross which has pubs, a shop and a church. Goirtín na gCloch is ideally situated for holiday makers looking to explore Connemara or visit the beach. The one-bedroom guesthouse, 20 metres from the family home on the same grounds, is suitable for an individual or couple and contains all modern conveniences; washer-dryer, large fridge, oven, smart TV, electrical heating, comfortable living area and electric shower.

The Cosy Cabin - East Ferry - Cork

Modern corrugated cabin, with epic views over the water. Jumping in the car you're within 10mins of both Ballymaloe House, Cookery school and garden. Located 7mins from the foodie town of Midleton where CUSH is perfect for dining. Inch beach is 15mins away for swimming and sauna barrel. Cork city, with all it has to offer, is a 20minute drive. No wifi in the cabin but mobile phone reception is great, unless you’re Voda phone but a short stroll along the lane will pick up voda phone.

Once the offices of an old corn mill, but later changed into a family home in the 1930s, was left for years abandoned but now its returning to a welcoming home from home. A beautiful airy apartment with patio to front and rear to welcome the sunny mornings and to watch the stars at night. Ballyrisode beach is a 5 minutes drive away along with numberous walking trials in the area one of which is located at the foot of the property. Schull, a lively little fishing village with shops, retuarants and pubs, is only a 5 minute drive away.

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 15 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
