The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. The Green Gate (200 year old Irish Cottage)

The Green Gate is a traditional 200 year old Irish cottage nestled 2km above the village of Ardara with panoramic beach and mountain views. It is set on 32 acres of private land up a little lane off the Wood Road. The main cottage has a small galley kitchen, eating/ dining area with an open fire, a library (2 single beds) and one double bedroom. Three of the other 4 bedrooms are thatched, all en suite and in the courtyard beside the main house.

Our home was built in 1775 and is a unique oval shape. Situated in the town 1 min walk from town centre and 2 minute walk to Rock of Cashel. 1 kilometer from main Dublin Cork motorway. Our home is very central for visiting Cork Limerick Waterford and Kilkenny.
