Holiday rentals with beach access in Drysdale

The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sea with lovely views right from the balcony. We woke up to peaceful sunrises in the morning. The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and easy check in instructions. We had a great stay. My baby usually hates portable cots but the one they provided came with a mattress which was super comfy and he slept all night long.

Lovely house! Great for the price you pay, excellent location, very close to beach and shops! A nice tidy home to chill in for a nice weekend away!

This was my first visit to Australia and I'm so pleased I booked Tanya and Tims accommodation for my two week stay. A beautiful comfortable, clean apartment in an ideal location. In walking distance to public transport and lots of restaurants. Being opposite the beach and not far from St Kilda Pier is an added bonus. Everything is supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible and Tanya and Tim are very responsive to queries. I was given a late checkout due to an evening flight which was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to future guests and will definitely book again for anymore visits to St Kilda.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

Wonderful place to stay. Beach front and lots and lots of eateries nearby.

We loved the interior of the unit, outside needs improving. Sofia was very nice helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Access to beach could not be better.

Upon checking in by chance I met Leanne in the apartment complex. We had a chat about St Leonard’s & the surrounding areas, which was invaluable. The apartment was perfect with a wonderful outlook to the water & very comfortable outdoor furniture. All areas inside the apartment were as described not one fault found. Looking forward to a return trip in the future

Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

Matt & Talal's home is beautifully furnished, smelt gorgeous on arrival and very clean. We enjoyed the projector, the outside furnishings on the deck were great to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close walking distance to the back beach, walkable to cafes and nice quiet street. We loved the extra details around the property that really elevated the entire vibe and enjoyment. Lovely soaps, hair care and oil burners are the extra little things that make a stay really enjoyable. The linen was so cozy and doona was super warm! Kitchen and laundry were well equipped, great coffee machine, laundry was easy to use and washer & dryer was fantastic! Overall super aesthetic home that is well looked after!

We have stayed here twice and are already planning our next trip. Place is across the road from the beach and great walking tracks. We have stayed here with a 7 year old child and again as a group of friends. This place suits both types of situations perfectly. Highly recommended.

Marisa was really helpful and.easy to deal with. the house was perfect for two families, with enough space for.kids and adults alike. it's hard to tell from the pics but it's bigger than we had imagined! definitely recommend for families looking for an affordable summer spot on the peninsula that makes you feel at home :)

The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and easy the entire time. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great access to the beach and Sorrento I’d absolutely stay here again. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place! It had a games room, walkable to all the main spots in Rye. Andrea was awesome to communicate with and super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be back again!!

We had an amazing two-night stay in Sorrento with our two young children and parents. The house was a perfect fit for our family—my kids loved the bunk beds, and my parents enjoyed their own private space. The large dining table comfortably fit everyone, and the outdoor play area, especially the boat, was a huge hit with the kids. Everything was clean, and towels were provided. One thing to note: there’s only one Aircon system in the living room, but each bedroom has a fan and heater, which worked perfectly for our fall visit. Cassie was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful. The location is great, just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We had such a nice stay at rye. It was a great location to visit wineries, beaches, golf and the hot springs. Natalie was very kind and welcoming and the check out process was extremely low maintenance. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Easy access into St Kilda and tram into city centre. Hayley was very responsive to any questions pre stay and during. Lots of additional unexpected extras left to eat/ drink and use which is always greatly appreciated when travelling. Would throughly recommend for a short or longer stay. Would suggest a few more serving dishes needed. Shower and bath great, just be aware water comes out very, very hot! We had a wonderful stay at Alicia's place. It had everything we needed, was in a great location, and Alicia was very responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The apartment is spacious, convenient and with a gorgeous view. Perfect in every sense. Ronda is amazing, and is very responsive. Instructions are clear. I would definitely recommend this place for 2.

Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.
