Apartment holiday rentals in Druid Hills, DeKalb County

Stayed here with my daughter for a youth event downtown. Easy to get to and from. Super walkable with great places to eat destinations nearby. Would absolutely stay here and again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

A peaceful and pleasant place to stay. Very private, very quiet, and very comfortable. And, most importantly, VERY safe. With the full kitchen, I was able to keep my travel costs down and cook my own food, and since there's both a Whole Foods and a Kroger within .25 miles, shopping for groceries was fast and easy. Check-in was easy, and each day I loved waking up and being able to sit outside on the porch and enjoy my breakfast and tea. The Beltline was so close that it was like it was in my backyard, which made for beautiful walks every day and easy morning runs. The only issue I had was that the address is hard for Uber drivers to find because maps apps mark the location as the BACK of the property (which isn't recognizable from the pictures). After a few wandering drives with frustrated Uber drivers, I switched my desired location on the map to an address across the street from the front door. That cleared up the issue, and all was well with pickups and dropoffs going forward.

Luisa and Marvin were great host and most of very accommodating. The space was clean and cozy ,loved the area very quiet neighborhood and close to the city. I would definitely book again.

We chose this place because of its location, residential and close to our family who was only two minutes away and who we were visiting. The street is quiet and residential and we could park the rented car without issues. Marcqui was very responsive and brought us down a couple of things that were missing. This basement studio is comfortable, however one can hear the steps and family from the upper floors (we hope they were not hearing the bad cough of my chronically ill husband!) All in all an artistically set studio with a good shower!

The apartment was clean, cozy, and convenient. It was perfect for my guests while they were here for Christmas. The location was great because they were just a few steps from our home so they could easily walk over for festivities and meals. It’s also close to MARTA and lots of restaurants and shops.

Great stay! The Airbnb was clean and in a perfect location. It was just minutes from great restaurants and attractions. The only downside was the couch, which wasn’t the most comfortable, but that’s a small thing compared to how great everything else was. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This was an Amazing experience. I rented two properties from Sage Enterprises during my stay and the Customer Service was unmatched. Any and Everything I needed was handled immediately. Both properties had the most amazing views and vibe. I Highly Recommend Sage Enterprises. The properties and amenities were absolutely awesome. Thank You Sage Enterprises. Charming older home. The area is beautiful and convenient. It has everything you could need for your stay. The parking is good for one car but tricky to get to. The bed was very soft and high, it wasn’t for me because I have a prior injury and prefer firm mattress. Prepare to learn how to use a Google nest thermostat because we had to YouTube it. Thank you for hosting us, we appreciate your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Midtown gem! The space was quiet, comfortable, and full of charm—especially the beautiful stained glass details that added a unique touch. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring Atlanta. Great location and a peaceful atmosphere—highly recommend!

Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

As an Atlanta native, I booked this stay for a quick change of scenery and was very pleased with the experience. The check-in process was smooth and clearly outlined, with helpful photos to guide the way. The space matched the description and photos exactly. It was clean, quiet, and private overall, no complaints.

Great place if you are looking for something in a nice area but also near downtown. I would recommend!

Family loved this place. The porches and setting were peaceful, the layout was great, movie room was fun and having a keyboard was a treat! Very clean and comfy comfy beds. It was home base while we explored. Closest to Ponce City Market and downtown stuff (WOCC, GA Aquarium) and about 20 minutes from other activities like Sloomoo, NOC Rafting, Stone Mountain. The communication from the management company is a little excessive IMO, but can understand others may appreciate that service. We would stay here again!
