Sie bietet Platz für 2 bis maximal 3 Personen und zeichnet sich vor allem durch ihre ruhige und grüne Umgebung inmitten einer gutbürgerlichen Wohngegend aus. Mit der Nähe zur Innenstadt mit all seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist die Wohnung gut an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz mit Straßenbahnen und Bussen angeschlossen.

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
